Helen Branham Holdford
Helen Branham Holdford, 93, of Halifax, NC, passed away on Thursday, January 03, 2019.
Helen was born in Wake County to the late John William Branham, II and Betty Esther Green Branham. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Hyman Holdford, Jr.
She was a member of Halifax United Methodist Church and sang in the choir. Helen was also the treasurer of the Halifax Methodist Women for many years.
Helen is survived by her daughter, Betsy Holdford Hudgins and her husband, Jeff, of Halifax, NC; her three sons, Donald A. Holdford of Roanoke Rapids, NC, Ronald "Judge" Holdford and his wife, Linda, of Halifax, Montie Holdford and his wife, Janet, of Roanoke Rapids, NC; her brother, John William Branham, III and his wife, Jean, of Halifax; her six grandchildren, Bryan Holdford, Lindsey Kinnin, Meredith Holdford, Christy Zornes, Brandon Hudgins and Lisa Creech; her six great-grandchildren and her three great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at Halifax United Methodist Church in Halifax, NC at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, January 6, 2019, with Rev. Steve Formo officiating.
Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 6, 2019, from 1:00 P.M. until service time at the church.
